Requirements: • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment). • Able to lift 60-80 lbs and climb ladders up to 36 feet. • Willing to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like kneeling or crawling. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record assessment. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. • Must be available to start by 03/31/25. • Willing to travel to Kentwood, MI for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
