The Role

Veeva is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who wishes to become an expert in our Commercial Cloud product suite and who has a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision. The Managed Services Consultant provides offsite, post-go-live application administration for our customers in terms of Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including Veeva CRM, Network, Vault, etc. Our customers are mainly from Latam.

What You'll Do

  • Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administrationsupporting for multiple clients.
  • Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to's
  • Consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements.
  • Data imports and exports using APEX data loader
  • Ad hoc training of end-users and administrators.
  • Analysis and deployment of new product features.
  • Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.
  • Adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy
  • Performing alignments
  • Creating reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Interaction with Global Team in English
  • Ongoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish, English)
  • Strong desire to learn new things!
  • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing customer priorities
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Advanced Excel Skill
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • work in office a few days in Mexico City
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with the CRM pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical Salesforce experience
  • Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibilities
  • Large database management experience
  • SQL Skills
  • Veeva CRM experience/knowledge
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
