Brightwheel is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing Accounting team! You thrive in environments, where you can roll up your sleeves and drive key areas including accounting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance. You’re process-minded, detail-oriented, and keen on building efficient and scalable systems. As a collaborative team player, you bring strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships across teams, including People, Operations, and other cross-functional partners. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
