Qualifications
Demonstrated success with a strong track record in M&A advisory, private equity, or investment banking.
At least 5 years’ M&A experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
