JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The UX/UI Designer will support the product team by providing specialized UX/UI expertise throughout the product lifecycle. This includes creating mock-ups, running workshops, presenting concepts to stakeholders, collaborating with development and tech teams, and overseeing product versions and their evolutions.

    • TASKS

  • Collaborate with the product, business, tech and data teams to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Design user-centric & business-centric interfaces and experiences for digital products.
  • Create mock-ups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with tech teams and lead UX to ensure seamless implementation based on the overall Veepee product ecosystem and ensure Design QA.
  • Monitor product iterations and propose enhancements based on research findings, data and business insights.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system at a product and system level

    • MUST HAVE skills

  • Systemic design thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of product strategy and vision.
  • Proficiency in Agile and lean methodologies.
  • Expertise in UX and UI design methodologies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct research and apply data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency with design systems and versioning processes.
  • Familiarity with tech languages and limitations.

  • HEART Framework:
  • For measuring user engagement and success.
  • User Story Mapping: To outline user flows and prioritize features.
  • RICE Matrix: For feature prioritization.
  • AARRR Framework: To analyze product performance across key metrics.
  • F.O.C.U.S.E.D. Framework : To conduct discovery with several key stakeholders
  • Lean Canva : For mapping product ideas, identifying user problems, and aligning solutions with business objectives.

    • This role is integral to ensuring that digital products meet both user needs and business objectives, aligning design efforts with the broader product strategy.
