Job Summary: This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Job Duties: - Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. - Determine general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoot malfunctions to ascertain necessary repairs. - Consistently maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job. - Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. - Wear floor savers while in the client’s home. - Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and out. Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry. - NATE certification preferred. - Strong communication skills and technical competence. - Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen. - Clean driving record.
