Responsibilities

  • Complete an inventory of all available email templates and determine usage.

  • Develop and implement a standardized format for all email templates, ensuring uniformity and standardization in user access.

  • Establish methodology for ongoing upkeep of email templates.

,

  • Create directory of automated emails and method for updating.

,

  • Establish standard reports to identify usage and effectiveness of email templates.

Requirements

  • Education: High School or equivalent required. Internship is typically part of an undergraduate program which requires some university credit hours. Undergraduate Junior/Senior preferred with major in Library and Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Data Science.

  • Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience.

,

  • Skills & Abilities: Technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, data management, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

,

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Ability to work on a team.

,

  • Travel: Ability to travel to attend in person meetings 10-20%. Must have valid driver's license.
