Part Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative
A Team Home Services is urgently looking for a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative to join our team! This person will be a self starter, personable, dedicated, as well as drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.This position is primarily work-from-home, offering flexibility while maintaining a professional and efficient customer service experience. Candidates must have reliable internet access and reside near Hutto, Texas, as occasional in-office work will be required if home internet connectivity issues arise. ***If you do not live within 1 hour commute to Hutto Texas, do not proceed with this application. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or products
- Manage appointment scheduling by aligning company and customer availability, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free booking experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 4:00PM - 7:00PM
- Saturday 10:00AM - 6:00PM
- Sunday Off
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 yearexperiencein a work from home environment
- 1 yearexperience over the phone customer service
- Reside near Hutto, Texas
- Commute to office for meetings
- Service Titan experience preferred but not required
- Self starter and ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
