Amazon is hiring for Grocery Delivery Preparer Position Type : Currently, we are accepting applications for a full-time role that will require a weekly availability of 30-40 hours Pay Rate : The remuneration for this role is at an hourly rate of $16.30 Availability Requirements: • To work full-time, one must be accessible for shifts five days a week, including weekends • There is a possibility of working a shift that lasts up to 8 hours anytime between 4 a.m. and midnight as scheduled Job Responsibilities As an Grocery Delivery Preparer, you'll be a key player in creating a remarkable shopping experience for our customers. We need individuals who are passionate about customer service and can adapt to the ever-changing needs of our store: • Customer Engagement: Develop effective customer engagement strategies to increase brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Focus on building quality relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and responding promptly to customer feedback and inquiries • Product Knowledge : Provide customers with insights and advice on product usage and maintenance to enhance their experience • Checkout Operations: In order to ring up customer purchases and facilitate transactions, the checkout process necessitates the use of a cash register as well as assisting with self-serve checkout options • Return Processing: To facilitate the return of items, Return Processing is responsible for receiving and processing returned items through different channels • Fresh Food Preparation : Assemble fresh food options like chilled salads, warm pizzas, gourmet sandwiches, and oven-roasted chickens for a delectable dining experience • Store Presentation : Keeping shelves and displays fully stocked is crucial to maintaining a visually appealing sales floor and satisfying customer expectations • Inventory Management : Unloading Product Deliveries and Stockroom Organization • Order Fulfillment : To fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery, the items requested by the customers are carefully selected and packed by personnel assigned to the order fulfillment department
