About the position The Multi-line Adjuster Trainee position at GEICO is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working in various environments, including repair shops and customers' homes, to inspect damage and estimate repair costs for specialty claims such as boats, motorcycles, and RVs. Responsibilities • Inspect damage to vehicles and property. , • Estimate the cost of repairs for various specialty claims. , • Negotiate settlements with customers and service providers. , • Issue payments for approved claims. , • Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process. Requirements • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least the past 3 consecutive years. , • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits. , • Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude. , • Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills. , • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
