We set the standard of service by making timely initial contact with policy holders. Whether working in the field or at a desk in one of our facilities; Pilot adjusters exceed exceptional customer service expectations set by our clients. We exemplify excellence through the execution and documentation of all activities associated with the claim process Qualifications: What Are the Qualifications to Work as an Adjuster with Pilot? Applicants must possess an active adjuster's license in a home state or a designated home state. While experience in property or auto adjusting related industries such as construction, home inspection/restoration, auto body shop or auto sales is preferred. We offer a wide variety of training courses for licensed applicants with no related experience.
