Job Description

As a Wealth Advisor with First Financial Bancorp, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients. Your expertise in investment planning and portfolio management will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and goals. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: • A minimum of three to five years of experience in investment and/or portfolio management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships • Knowledge of investment solutions, risk management, asset allocation, and program design • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, including a desire to attain CFA/CFP designation
