1031 Exchange Officer / Escrow Officer We are a nationwide 1031 Exchange Company. We are currently seeking an experienced 1031 Exchange Officer. 1 year of experience as a 1031 Exchange Officer preferred. An experienced Escrow Officer very familiar with 1031 Exchanges will be considered. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with great customer service skills. Computer skills are a must. Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Review of Real Estate Contracts for Relinquished Property · Review of Property Title Reports for Relinquished Property · Prepare accurate non-erroneous 1031 Exchange Documents · Monitor, Receive and Document incoming wires from Settlement Agency · Set client reminders and act within the timeline of a compliant Exchange · Communicate with Settlement Agency of Replacement Property · Accurately process Wire Transfers to Settlement Agency of Replacement Property · Properly document the completed 1031 Exchange file · Submit the compliant 1031 Exchange File to Client and or Clients Accountant We have a diverse and intensive marketing campaign with a designated Biz Development Rep to generate 1031 Exchanges for our company. You will have a steady influx of 1031 Exchanges to process with an incentive to earn commission on each Exchange. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company.
