The Network Development Specialist (NDS) position at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina (BCBSSC) is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to develop, monitor, and refine the network of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of healthcare provider networks and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.This role requires a combination of strong relationship-building skills, an aptitude for data analysis and reporting, and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of two years’ experience working in a healthcare provider network, and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with providers. In addition, the successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and refine the network of healthcare providers. Build relationships with healthcare providers. Analyze and report data related to healthcare provider networks. Work independently and manage multiple priorities. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers. Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Implement strategies to ensure network compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the network of healthcare providers. Monitor healthcare provider performance and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality and integrity of the healthcare provider network.
