Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. team and expand our presence in the Florida market. This role involves managing your own book of business while contributing to regional growth, operation, and profitability. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving loan production, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will leverage your expertise to find suitable loan programs at the lowest rates available, supporting clients in their dream home purchases, refinancing, or debt consolidation efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Origination opportunity sourcing • Regional loan production increase • Loan officer development, support, and mentorship • Ongoing training facilitation for loan officers and branch personnel • Scorecard and production report review for business optimization • KPI development and monitoring for the team • New loan program education for the team • Company policy and procedure guidance, as well as compliance requirements • Collaboration with internal teams for loan processing and timely closings • Client information confidentiality and security maintenance • Cultivation of long-term client relationships through exceptional service • Industry trend, market condition, and regulatory change monitoring • Business development initiative participation, networking events, and community engagement Requirements: • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Florida • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred Apply Job!
