Description Start Date: May 27, 2025 Location: Westwood, MA or Johnston RI (Remote may be considered) The Citizens Wealth Management Sales Support & Supervision department is seeking a Wealth Management Intern that will be under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. The Wealth Management Intern will be responsible for providing project management support, and assistance in all aspects of project analysis and delivery. The Wealth Management Intern will be responsible for: • Maintain key activities by supporting day-to-day operational, governance and tactical activities on projects. This includes documenting communication needs, tracking issues and actions within meetings in the PM’s absence and creating project plans, schedules, as needed. • Adhere to established project management methodologies and standards while carrying out responsibilities. • With the support of project managers, the PA also assists in documenting customer requirements, documenting risks, resolving issues, and escalating issues when necessary to the Project Manager. Qualifications • Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating in Winter 2025 to Spring 2027. • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 • Relevant work experience, leadership experience or coursework in Business is preferred but all majors will be considered. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. • Successfully complete a HireVue assessment within 7 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration. • You must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program. Please note that U.S. Immigration sponsorship or work visa is not available for this position or for full time Analyst positions and candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S Hours & Work Schedule • Hours per Week: 40 • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay Transparency This position offers $25 per hour as a starting rate. Since this a temporary position, you are not eligible to participate in the Citizens colleague benefits program. Accordingly, you will not be eligible to participate in the Citizens health and welfare plans, savings and investment plans, or discretionary award plans or any other Citizens benefit plans or programs, except as otherwise required by law.
