Principal Mechanical Engineer

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design of mechanical systems and providing technical guidance on product development. This role requires an individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and product/project management.• Expertise in 3D modeling and simulation platforms (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.).• Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Ability to lead and motivate a team in the design of mechanical systems.• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
