Prepare and stock products overnight to ensure they are ready for customers each morning. Follow established recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality of products. Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Monitor and record production data, including quantities produced and any issues that arise. Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation practices at all times. Keep work area clean and organized, following company and industry standards. Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient production. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and recording product usage. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise during the shift. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code. Embody the H-E-B values and provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
