Closing Shift Lead - Customer Service Rep

WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY HIRING FOR A SHIFT LEAD POSITION. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT THE ROUND ROCK LOCATION UNTIL THE LIBERTY HILL LOCATION IS OPEN (Liberty Hill is expected to open in May!). ONCE THE LIBERTY HILL LOCATION IS OPEN, YOU WILL TRANSFER AND WORK AT THAT LOCATION. TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE OR MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE CLOSING AVAILABILITY (5-CL) AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. OPENING AVAILABILITY IS ALSO PREFERRED. About us The Yogurt Experience is a family business that has been locally owned for the last 16 years. We rotate 10 flavors of frozen yogurt, sorbet & gelato with 50 different toppings to make your very own unique creation. Our goal is to help make every customer's experience with us memorable. We work as a team to create a clean, bright, cheerful environment for our customers. Purpose: Lead employee responsible for closing TYE alongside other employee(s) Shift: Every day; 5 or 6-close Reports to: TYE Manager Responsibilities: • Serving guests by making FroYo creations & checking them out at the register • Maintain Cleanliness of the Shop • Ensure Closing lists are completed correctly by all staff • Provide guidance/training for employees • Provide progress updates to Store Manager regarding team performance • Ensure team members comply with company policy • Implements and utilizes Employee Improvement Plans • Supervise Staff throughout the shift • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Requirements: • Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have excellent customer service skills • Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required • Be authorized to work in the United States • Be at least 18 years old and/or have a high school diploma • Be available to work any time, including weekends • Be available to work at least 3-5 shifts a week • Be available to open and work mids as needed • Be able to help cover shifts as needed Recommended Behaviors: • Sense of Urgency to complete a task • Attention to detail • Execution of TYE Standards • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety • Efficient • Multitasker IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION PLEASE OFFICIALLY APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE https://yogurtexperience.com/join-the-tye-team/ Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid training Shift: • Evening shift Work Location: In person Apply Job!
