Qualifications: To succeed as a Nursing Care Specialist, candidates should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred. • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice. • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute care or specialty setting. • Certification in a specialty area, such as critical care, oncology, or rehabilitation, preferred. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Empathy and compassion for patients and families dealing with complex medical issues.
