Clinical Services - Senior Tableau Analyst

Position Summary Tableau reporting role that will be responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, executive leadership, and our internal team. Role will need to be able to manage a request for it's entire lifecycle on their own and/or with business analyst support. This includes being able to complete discovery, requirements, proof of concepts, UAT, and eventual production pushes. Employee will need to follow current best practices in management, modeling, cleansing, transformation, and visualization of data using Tableau Desktop and Server. Candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure that accurate and business critical/necessary dashboards are implemented. Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience building, maintaining, and optimizing Tableau dashboards and data connections • 1-3 years of experience writing and comprehending MSSQL Server, Teradata, and/or Oracle queries • Effective at communicating insights, explaining data trends, and presenting reports to stakeholders • Able to work effectively with stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and deliver reports that align with business objectives • Strong desire to continue to learn and adapt to current and future technologies Preferred Qualifications • Experience reading and/or writing code in c#, python, or javascript • Experience in MVC web design with .NET framework/.NET Core Education • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
