Financial Analyst I (Healthcare)

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking a Financial Analyst I.This role will be responsible for supporting financial analysis activities by generating insights, preparing reports, and developing models as required. This role will assist in month-end financial close activities and with the preparation of monthly operating review presentations. Will be required to work a Hybrid schedule at the corporate office in Dallas, TX, 75244. IES is dedicated to cultivating best practices in emergency care, providing comprehensive acute care services, creating value, and supporting patients, employees, clients, providers, and physicians in pursuit of the highest quality health care. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include the following. Others may be assigned. • Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue journal entries as part of the financial close process • Assist in other aspects of the month-end financial close process, including reviewing and validating financial data • Assist in developing automated reporting and forecasting tools • Support annual budgeting activities by preparing templates, compiling data, and performing preliminary analysis • Generate and maintain monthly operating review PowerPoint presentations • Convert financial data into clear, visual presentations • Collaborate with other departments (operations, accounting) on joint projects • Conduct preliminary market research, data mining, and basic valuations • Ensure accuracy and completeness of external reports • Perform other duties as assigned

Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field • Strong financial modeling experience Preferred: • 1 – 3 years’ experience pertaining to financial analysis and data manipulation • Familiarity with data query/data management tools and code such as Microsoft SQL Server • Healthcare industry experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
