Amazon Warehouse Manager - 1562

A dynamic Amazon company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead its eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse management experience, particularly in Amazon marketplace and FBA operations, with familiarity in the GoFlow order management system preferred. In this role, the Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse activities, implement efficient processes, and manage inventory control while leading and motivating a growing team.

Responsibilities

Include: ? Warehouse Operations Management: ? Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient activities. ? Implement processes to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and increase overall productivity. ? Manage inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking. ? Ensure all shipments meet Amazon's FBA requirements and deadlines. ? Team Leadership & Development: ? Lead and motivate a growing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. ? Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to warehouse staff. ? Ensure all team members are aligned with company goals and safety standards. ? Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: ? Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure continuous improvement. ? Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. ? Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements. Ideal Qualifications: ? Proven experience in warehouse management, especially within Amazon marketplace and FBA operations. ? Familiarity with GoFlow order management system is a plus. ? Strong leadership and team management abilities. ? Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. ? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
