Caregiver( weekly pay)

Duties: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing living spaces - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Follow resident rights policies and ensure the safety and well-being of clients Skills: - Experience in home care or nursing is preferred - Ability to clean and maintain a safe environment for clients - Knowledge of senior care principles and practices - Familiarity with meal preparation techniques for various dietary needs - Understanding of dementia care strategies and techniques - Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and attentiveness - Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for clients - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Basic understanding of patient care procedures and protocols - Background in social work or related field is a plus Join our team of dedicated Caregivers and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
