Assist in coordinating and maintaining all aspects of physical production sites and services for Netflix. Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns related to production sites and services in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations at production sites. Monitor and manage production schedules, including ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials to production sites. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Maintain accurate records of production site expenses and manage budget allocations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of production site services and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to production equipment and services. Assist in the planning and execution of special events and projects at production sites. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices related to production logistics. Provide support to production teams by anticipating needs and proactively addressing any potential challenges. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all production site logistics are well-managed. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to production site and services coordination. Act as a representative of Netflix, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
