We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our network infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies. Key Responsibilities: ? Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues across a range of technologies (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs). ? Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls etc) to ensure optimal performance. ? Create and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures. ? Utilize monitoring tools to assess network performance and implement enhancements as needed. ? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security and application teams, to support integrated solutions. ? Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. ? Incident Management: Participate in incident response and problem management processes. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ? Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with at least 8 years in L2/L3 support roles. ? Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and on routing and switching. ? Proficiency in network hardware like Cisco, Arista and other softwares. ? Experience with network security technologies, including Bluecoat, Palo Alto, Cisco ISE NAC, and IronPort WSA. ? Proficiency in Arista technologies would be highly beneficial. ? Also work experience on Bluecoat, Iron Port WSA and Cisco ISE would be a plus point ? Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
