Job Summary: Oversees teller duties as well as perform teller duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Must be accurate and pay attention to detail. ? Have a strong mathematical aptitude. ? Be comfortable with law and regulations that apply to this position, including The First's Code of Conduct. ? Be comfortable handling large amounts of cash. ? Ability to supervise other tellers. ? Responsible for managing the employees in the teller line in addition to performing typical duties of a teller. Management does include scheduling of employees. ? Ability to motivate and perform and train all aspects of teller duties including training of computer software related to teller functions, ATM functions, scanning of work (as applicable). ? Ability to balance the branch cash to General Ledger on a daily basis. ? Must ensure the correct cash balance in the Vault as well as oversee shipments of cash to and from the Main Vault. ? Must order and maintain Vault cash flow within recommended limits. ? Must understand how to correct teller outages daily. ? Responsible for quarterly audit of teller drawers. ? Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Experience Minimum of a high school education is required. At least two years of teller experience required.
