Setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, and CMMs ? Producing high-quality parts with close tolerances ? Inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments ? Performing material handling tasks, rigging, and crane operations ? Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and NC programs ? Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues ? Participating in process improvements and cross-training opportunities Qualifications & Requirements: ? At least 1 year of CNC machining experience or a machinist/toolmaker program certification ? Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail ?
