Lead and manage the launch process for new products, ensuring timely and successful market entry. Develop and implement product launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and execution of launch plans. Manage external supply chain partnerships to ensure reliable and efficient supply of products. Monitor and track supply chain performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to product launch and external supply chain management, and incorporate them into strategies and processes. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on launch progress and supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
