Operations Program Manager

The Operations team?s mission is to develop the manufacturing and operational platforms to bring these new technologies to scale. As an Operations Program Manager (OPM), you will be a critical member of the team and work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of research teams to ensure that key operational needs are met to enable our ambitious team goals. You will work with researchers, engineers, technical program managers, and other cross-functional teams including product, legal, finance, HR, operations, and facilities to build impactful relationships, serve as a dependable point of contact, and ensure Operations team's plans are met. To do this, you will need a blend of technical project management, financial acumen, clear communication, and operations rigor to collaborate cross-functionally and drive team-wide operational initiatives. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders, and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while diving into the details on specific issues for timely resolution.
