Requirements

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven customer support solutions. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets. Experience with NLP and chatbot optimization is a plus.
