UKG WFM Consultant
Role Overview: We?re seeking a client-facing consultant with deep expertise in UKG solutions to help organizations unlock the full value of their workforce technology. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on system knowledge, supporting clients as they align their UKG platform with broader workforce goals. What You?ll Do: ? Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with clients to assess their use of UKG WFM solutions and identify areas for optimization. ? Guide organizations through best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements within the UKG ecosystem. ? Translate business requirements into actionable UKG system configurations?ensuring outcomes align with client objectives. ? Conduct stakeholder interviews, functional assessments, and hands-on solution design. ? Provide post-deployment support and recommendations to drive long-term platform success. ? Maintain trusted, ongoing relationships as a proactive point of contact for workforce management strategy. Success Looks Like: ? Who You Are: Required: ? 5+ years in workforce technology consulting or HRIS support, including hands-on UKG platform experience. ? Experience with UKG WFM. ? Proven ability to lead conversations with business stakeholders and technical teams. ? Comfortable with remote work and willing to travel at client request. (not often) Preferred: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent professional experience. ? UKG certifications and cross-platform familiarity a plus.
