Job Description: MIG Welder/Flux Core Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hr (Weekly Pay) 1st Shift: 7:00am -3:30pm Overtime Available and Opportunity for Overtime Clean and Climate Controlled Environment Job Responsibilities: ? Perform MIG and flux core welding on various types of materials, ensuring high-quality welds in all positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead) ? Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine the specifications and configuration of the structures to be welded ? Work with both thick and thin gauge materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals, ensuring precision and accuracy in welding tasks ? Set up and operate welding equipment, including hand-held torches, grinders, and other tools, to assemble or repair metal components ? Conduct inspections of welding equipment and workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications and safety standards ? Utilizing hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and blueprints/manuals to ensure everything is precise and accurate Skills: MIG/Flux Core Welding Blueprint Reading Fabrication Equipment Hand and Power Tools Weld in Different Positions Thick/Thin Gauge Materials Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
