You'll lead multiple scrum teams, drive automation initiatives, and help shape our technical direction as we continue to innovate and grow. What You'll Do Lead multiple scrum teams focused on quality automation and testing excellence Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using Java and modern testing tools Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline improvements Collaborate with product management, TPMs, data teams, and operations to ensure technical requirements are met Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Replace legacy infrastructure with innovative solutions that scale with our business What You Bring 8+ years of experience leading software development teams with a focus on quality automation Strong proficiency in Java and automation test frameworks Experience with AWS services and DevOps practices Expertise in Selenium, JMeter, and device testing Proven track record of leading multiple teams simultaneously Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience Why Join Us?
