Description Amazon shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Claims Program charter for our org. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders; and lead initiatives to improve Claims Experience and reduce abusive behaviors. You will have a detailed/analytical mindset as well as think big attitude and will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable working with data, driving complex cross-functional Programs and will have a strong management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will own the WW execution for growth of the Program Charter. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential. Key job responsibilities • Manage the program charter by driving strategic initiatives for growth and quality improvement. • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams. • Dive deep into claims data to analyze trends, identify patterns and areas for improvement • Lead/support development of product and operational requirements in close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams. • Lead and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR, WW VP goals review. • Deliver clear and concise updates on status of the Program with detailed commentary on key challenges, risks and mitigations implemented. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
