• The Bank Teller core responsibilities revolve around advancing customer satisfaction levels by delivering exemplary service, showcasing deep product insight, adhering to strict brand criteria, and overseeing Front-End operations with proficiency.
• Provide a warm reception to all patrons and actively approach customers to discern their preferences and support them during their shopping experience.
• Perform customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End protocols.
• Establish an inviting store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity, acknowledging the importance of creating a safe and respectful environment for teammates and customers.
• Encourage a cohesive approach to supporting the team in all departments of the store.
