Responsibilities
Enter data into databases and spreadsheets accurately. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Update and maintain data systems as required. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
