Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance or information. ? Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or conduct surveys. ? Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. ? Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company?s CRM system. ? Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service. ? Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction. ? Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies. Requirements & Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree is a plus). ? Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred. ? Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls. ? Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology. ? Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset. ?
