Position: Mental Health Therapist Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Paid per therapy session About Us. Our mission is to empower users to achieve optimal sexual wellness & total wellness in a supportive and informative environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via our mobile app to clients seeking treatment for social-emotional, relationship, and other mental health concerns.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Evaluate client progress regularly and assess client concerns in a timely manner.
- Offer therapeutic support and treatment to clients as they navigate their wellness.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Must have a current mental health license in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, or Pennsylvania and be in good standing with state boards.
- Have some knowledge of sexual health, intimacy issues, and relationship dynamics, but it is not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using technology and providing virtual therapy sessions.
- Empathy and sensitivity to diverse client needs and backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients through virtual platforms or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with current trends and research in sexual health and wellness.
