Charismatic Remote Interview Producer / Host (No Editing, Long-Term Role) - Contract to Hire

We?re a new and growing video production company looking for a confident and charismatic Remote Interview Producer / Host to join us for a long-term role. One of our core services is filming professional interviews via remote platforms (like Riverside, Zoom, etc.). We?re looking for someone to facilitate these virtual interviews ? guiding the guest through setup, helping them feel comfortable, and directing the conversation once filming begins. You?ll be on camera during the session to interact with the guest, but you will not appear in the final video. No editing is required ? your focus will be on hosting, managing the session, and ensuring the final recording is clean and professional. What You?ll Do: Facilitate remote interviews with individuals (each session will take approximately 1 hour total) 15?20 minutes: Setup, tech check, lighting/camera adjustments, rapport-building 30 minutes: Actual recorded interview Remainder: Wrap-up, file handoff, notes Be on-camera to communicate with and guide the interviewee throughout the session Provide direction on lighting, camera framing, and audio to ensure professional-quality recordings Help interviewees feel confident and at ease Coordinate with our team for scheduling and project details What We?re Looking For: A confident, personable communicator who?s comfortable on camera Charismatic and empathetic ? someone who can quickly make others feel at ease Experience with remote interviews, live streaming, hosting, or virtual productions is a plus Technically savvy ? able to guide someone through webcam, lighting, and audio setup Professional, reliable, and organized Strong internet connection and a clean, professional on-camera setup (webcam, mic, good lighting) Role Details: Each session is approximately 1 hour (including setup, interview, and wrap-up) Remote work ? flexible schedule No editing required Long-term contract potential for the right person Compensation: Please include your per-session rate To Apply: Please send us: A short introduction about your background and experience with interviews or hosting A sample video or reel that shows you on camera (if available) Your availability and per-session rate Any relevant experience or links to past work We?re excited to find someone who?s great with people, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading virtual sessions.
