• Individuals who have worked in quick service restaurants for 12-24 months are ideal candidates, with a special interest in those with a background in management
• Effective P&L interpretation also involves being able to identify trends and patterns in the data, identifying areas of strength and weakness in a company's financial performance
• Demonstrated leadership skills
