Responsibilities
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

- Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media.

- Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards.

- Support the workforce planning process.

- Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events.

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

- Bachelor of Arts or Science required
,
- 3+ years Full Cycle Recruiting experience required
,
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (PHR)
