Job Description
Day to Day: Insight Global seeks an Autodesk Admin to ensure the smooth operation of business applications. Key responsibilities include daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration of technical systems related to Autodesk. The ideal candidate should have experience with Autodesk, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential. Proficiency in Japanese and familiarity with ServiceNow or AWS are advantageous.
