DISTRIBUTION CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for a contract-to-hire Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist position. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless order experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order intake, processing, and data entry.
• Handle customer price adjustments and related correspondence.
• Communicate and follow up with customers on all matters related to their orders.
• Update customer files with changes in addresses, quoted prices, delivery instructions, and other relevant notes.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for order processing, ERP system data entry, and coordination with operations and sales teams on product availability and shipment status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely transmission of orders to the shipping department.
• Process customer returns promptly and in line with established procedures.
