Study Moderator - Sunnyvale, CA
WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Sunnyvale, CA WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Sun 8-9 hours per day (5 days per week) JOB STATUS: Full-time Temporary Start Date: ASAP END DATE: 12/23/2025 RATE: $33.00 Objective Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Site Manager. Training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional support staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide technical support. Responsibilities:
- Receive participants at work and guide them through the data collection in a controlled environment.
- Ensure all data collection is done per project guidelines and upload the data.
- Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session.
- Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.
- Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand
- Supporting the team as needed
- The moderator will report to the Site Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices
- Experience using command-line tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to interact professionally with project participants.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to change
- Experience conducting in-person research sessions
- Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics
- Team player
