Responsibilities
- Execute daily trailer movement within Target's Distribution Center Yards.

- Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability.

- Work with carriers to ensure compliance with safety expectations.

- Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audit routines.

- Update the yard management system to reflect the current status of all trailers.

- Communicate effectively with DC executives regarding trailer needs and progress.

- Monitor trailer releases to ensure timely deliveries to stores.

- Conduct trailer inventories and ensure equipment is available for preventive maintenance checks.

- Collaborate with First Mile Transportation to monitor trailer pools and freight flow.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.

- Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

- Experience working in a high volume, high activity environment.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
