QA Analyst (Remote)

About Helios Technologies: Helios Technologies is developing advanced technology solutions aimed at improving human-machine interactions, including the development of a cutting-edge conversational AI system. Operating in stealth mode, we are focusing on projects that have the potential for significant impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to help ensure the quality and reliability of our Mybot.ai product. Important Note About This Role:

• This is a part-time job with hours that vary 10 - 30 hours per week.
• This position involves methodical, repetitive testing tasks that require sustained focus and attention to detail
• You will be executing the same test scenarios multiple times to ensure consistency and catch edge cases
• Success in this role requires patience, discipline, and the ability to maintain high attention to detail during routine tasks
• Ideal candidates find satisfaction in systematic work and take pride in discovering issues others might miss

Responsibilities:

• Test Mybot.ai features and functionality to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues
• Document and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and relevant details
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues remain fixed
• Execute test cases and maintain testing documentation
• Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues
• Participate in product improvement discussions and contribute insights from testing

Requirements:

• Must be located in the United States
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written communication skills for clear bug reporting
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or LLMs is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving
