You will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide personalized support and ensure a positive experience for our patients.Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing patient's inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism- Utilize dental knowledge and resources to accurately answer patient's questions and provide guidance on their dental needs and services- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and organized patient records- Communicate with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience- Handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations- Keep up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by Prime Easily Dental to effectively promote and educate patients- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support systemRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Empathetic listener with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations- Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficient in using computer programs and technology- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Flexible schedule, including the availability to work on evenings and weekends if needed Expected salary: Location: Denver, CO Job date: Mon, 21 Apr 2025 22:05:46 GMT Apply for the job now!
