We currently employ around 165 employees. We are a part of the Evansville Local Labor union 561.Compensation DataThe typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $85,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).What You'll Do

• Efficiently execute the production schedule during the 2nd shift.
• Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the production department budget.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Need To Be Successful

• A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business
• 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry. Leadership experience is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Continuous improvement understanding.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
