  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assist new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Complete applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met
  • Track and report daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participate in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
